🛒 HOW TO ORDER

• 📤 Upload up to four artwork files. We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, PSD and most common design formats.
  
• 🎨 Choose your preferred sticker size, finish, lamination option and quantity.
  
• 📝 Add any special instructions in the upload notes.
  
• ✅ Complete your order, and we will prepare your artwork for production.

For custom die-cut shapes, transparent-background PNG files are recommended. However, a transparent file is not required.

🖼️ No Transparent Background or Design Software?

No problem! Upload the best-quality version of your artwork and leave us a note. Our team can remove the background and prepare a suitable cut shape for your stickers.

📚 Uploading Multiple Designs?

You can upload up to four different designs within one order. Your selected quantity will be divided as evenly as possible between the uploaded designs.

For example, when ordering 96 stickers with four designs, you will receive approximately 24 stickers of each design.

📁 FILE PREPARATION GUIDE

Follow the guidance below to achieve the best possible printing and cutting results.

⚪ White Border

Unless otherwise requested, we may add a white border around your design to create a clean and consistent cutting line.

The border will normally be approximately 2–4 mm, depending on the size and shape of the artwork.

You can also include your own border within the uploaded artwork.

For a different border colour, leave the required HEX colour code in the upload notes.

For example: #FFBC00

✂️ Edge-to-Edge Cut

Stickers can be produced without a visible white border when the artwork is suitable for edge-to-edge cutting.

For the best results:

• Add approximately 2–4 mm of bleed around the outside of your design.
  
• Make sure the outer edge is a consistent, solid colour.
  
• Provide the HEX code of the outer colour where possible.
  
• Ask us to cut inside the bleed within your order notes.

Some detailed, textured or irregular artwork may require a small border to achieve a reliable and accurate cut.

🔍 Image Quality

For sharp printing and clean cutting, artwork should ideally:

• Be at least 1,500 pixels on the longest side.
  
• Be supplied at 300 DPI where possible.
  
• Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images or visibly pixelated files.
  
• Use a transparent background for custom die-cut shapes where available.

Low-resolution artwork may produce reduced print quality. We may contact you if the supplied file is not suitable for production.

🖨️ PRINTING AND COLOUR SETTINGS

Our gloss and matt vinyl stickers are professionally printed using durable eco-solvent inks.

This printing method provides excellent colour vibrancy, durability and improved resistance to water, UV exposure and changing outdoor conditions.

Our other specialty finishes, including holographic, metallic, clear, patterned and decorative vinyl options, are printed using professional Epson EcoTank printers with high-quality standard inks.

For the closest possible colour reproduction, artwork should be prepared using a CMYK colour profile where possible.

Please be aware that colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer screens may appear slightly different when printed.

Very bright RGB colours, including neon greens, vivid cyans and fluorescent tones, may not reproduce exactly in print.

📏 STICKER SIZE OPTIONS

Sticker sizes are measured using the longest side of the finished design, whether that is the height or width.

Our standard size options include:

• 2 inches: approximately 5 cm
  
• 3 inches: approximately 6.5–7.5 cm, depending on the shape of the artwork
  
• 4 inches: approximately 10 cm

The opposite side will be scaled proportionally to maintain the original shape of your artwork.

Need a specific finished size? Select the closest larger option and leave the required dimensions in your order notes.

For example:

“Please make the longest side 9 cm.”

✨ FINISH OPTIONS

💎 Gloss Finish

Gloss vinyl stickers are printed using durable eco-solvent inks.

The glossy surface creates a vibrant, reflective and smooth wet-look finish that enhances colours, darker tones and fine details.

Gloss stickers are water-resistant, scratch-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

🌿 Matt Finish

Matt vinyl stickers are printed using durable eco-solvent inks.

The smooth, non-reflective surface reduces glare and provides a softer, modern and premium appearance.

Matt stickers are water-resistant, scratch-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

🌈 Specialty Finishes

Holographic, metallic, clear, patterned and other specialty sticker finishes are printed using professional Epson EcoTank printers with high-quality standard inks.

These materials create distinctive decorative effects and may be laminated as standard where stated on the individual product page.

🛡️ Protective Lamination

Protective lamination adds an additional clear layer over the printed surface.

This provides extra protection against:

• ☀️ UV fading
  
• 🧽 Scratches and cleaning
  
• 💧 Water and moisture
  
• 🌧️ Changing weather conditions
  
• 🔄 General wear and frequent handling

Gloss and matt eco-solvent stickers have an expected outdoor lifespan of up to three years.

Adding protective lamination can extend the expected outdoor lifespan to up to seven years, depending on placement, exposure, cleaning and environmental conditions.

Holographic, metallic and 3D stickers may be laminated as standard to improve their durability and lifespan. Please check the individual product page for specific details.

📦 ORDER QUANTITIES

Available order quantities include:

12, 24, 48, 96, 200 and 500 stickers.

You can include up to four different designs within one order. Your selected quantity will be divided as evenly as possible between the uploaded designs.

Bulk discounts are automatically reflected in the product pricing.
