Custom Vinyl Stickers

For the best result, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. We also accept JPG/JPEG, SVG and PDF.

Artwork should ideally be at least 1,500 pixels on its longest side and 300 DPI where possible. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed or pixelated images.

Transparent artwork is recommended for custom-shaped stickers, but it is not required. Our customiser includes background-removal tools and we check every piece of artwork before printing.

Our recommended easy-peel option combines die cutting and kiss cutting. The kiss cut cuts the printed vinyl around your design, while the die cut cuts through the backing paper around the outside.

The coloured lines are preview guides only and will not be printed. You can choose combined easy-peel, die-cut only or kiss-cut only in the advanced controls.

The customiser automatically creates a cut-line preview. You can adjust the space around the design, background removal, edge smoothing, corner rounding and whether the cut lines are shown.

For backgrounds, choose Automatically detect background, Remove a background colour, or Keep the complete image. Complex photos, hair, shadows and detailed backgrounds may still need a human check.

Sticker size is measured using the longest side of the finished design. The other side scales proportionally so your artwork keeps its original shape.

2 inches ≈ 5 cm   •   3 inches ≈ 7.5 cm   •   4 inches ≈ 10 cm

Need an exact size? Choose the closest option and add the required measurement in your artwork notes.

Gloss: smooth, vibrant and reflective. Matt: smooth, modern and non-reflective with reduced glare.

Our specialty range can include holographic, metallic, clear, patterned, glitter and other decorative materials. The customiser may show a simulated finish preview, but reflective materials naturally change with lighting, movement and viewing angle.

Our gloss and matt vinyl stickers are professionally printed using durable eco-solvent inks for vibrant colour, detail, water resistance, UV resistance and improved outdoor durability.

Specialty materials are produced using the appropriate professional printing process for the selected material. Colours on phones, tablets and monitors can differ slightly from print, and extremely bright RGB/neon colours may not reproduce exactly.

Protective lamination adds a clear layer over the print for extra protection against UV fading, scratches, cleaning, water, moisture, weather and frequent handling.

Gloss and matt eco-solvent stickers can have an expected outdoor lifespan of up to 3 years. Lamination can extend expected outdoor life to up to 7 years, depending on placement, exposure, cleaning and environmental conditions.

Some specialty finishes are laminated as standard. Check the selected finish information when ordering.

Each customiser upload creates one personalised sticker item in your basket. For several different designs, customise and add the first design, return to the product, then repeat for each additional design.

Reference pictures supplied to our free design service are used to create one finished sticker design; they are not automatically treated as separate sticker designs.

Available sticker amounts include 12, 24, 48, 96, 200 and 500. Your live summary updates when you change the size, finish or amount and shows the approximate price per sticker and total.

Any available bulk savings are already included in the displayed Shopify price.

Before adding your stickers to the basket, you’ll review and approve an instant StickEtch Digital Proof showing your artwork, size, finish, amount and cutting setup. Every order is still checked by a real person before production. If we spot something that could affect the finished result, we’ll contact you before printing.
