Roland eco-solvent printing
Higher output with professional colour and durability.
Our Roland wide-format print-and-cut equipment is used to produce vibrant vinyl stickers with sharp detail, smooth colour and dependable outdoor performance.
Eco-Sol MAX inks bond effectively with suitable vinyl media, delivering strong colour and improved resistance to water, weather and UV exposure. Integrated precision cutting then follows the design outline to create clean custom shapes.

Premium Metamark vinyl
The material is just as important as the machine.
We use quality Metamark gloss and matt vinyl for suitable sticker applications, selected for reliable printing, clean cutting and dependable adhesion.
Low-glare and refined
A smooth understated finish that reduces reflections while keeping printed detail clear and professional.
Correct material specification
Self-adhesive vinyl thickness is normally specified in microns rather than GSM. The exact construction varies by the selected Metamark product and laminate.

Our Procolored DTF setup allows detailed full-colour artwork to be printed onto transfer film before being applied to a garment using controlled heat and pressure.
DTF is suitable for detailed artwork, gradients, photographic designs and halftone effects. It produces strong colour without requiring a large minimum quantity, making it ideal for personalised garments and small production runs.

Precision finishing
Siser cutting and xTool engraving
Clean shapes and personalised detail.
Our Siser equipment supports accurate cutting for vinyl graphics, garment materials and carefully prepared custom shapes. Digital cut paths help produce consistent edges across both individual pieces and repeat orders.
xTool equipment expands our production into personalised engraving and cutting. It allows us to create wooden keyrings, engraved pens, opener keyrings, decorative pieces and other bespoke products.
