How Sizing Works

All gang sheets are printed at a fixed width of 33cm.

Simply choose your desired sheet length and fill the available space with as many logos, graphics, names or designs as possible.

Example:

• 33cm × 10cm = Small logo sheet
• 33cm × 25cm = Multiple chest logos
• 33cm × 45cm = Full gang sheet with multiple designs

The more artwork you fit onto your sheet, the better the value.

This makes gang sheets one of the most cost-effective ways to order multiple designs in a single print run.

Artwork Requirements:

• PNG format recommended
  
• Transparent background required
  
• 300 DPI minimum resolution
  
• Upload artwork at the exact size you wish to print
  
• Convert text to outlines where possible
  
• Ensure artwork is print-ready before uploading

Files are printed exactly as supplied. We do not resize, edit or modify uploaded artwork unless this service has been purchased separately.

Application Instructions:

Applying your DTF transfers is quick and easy.

Heat Press Settings:
Temperature: 150°C – 160°C
Press Time: 10-15 seconds
Medium Pressure

Application Process:

Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
Position transfer onto garment.
Press at 150°C – 160°C for 10-15 seconds using medium pressure.
Allow the transfer to cool completely.
Peel the film slowly.
Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.
Press again for 5-10 seconds to maximise durability and softness.

Washing Instructions:

Wait 24 hours before first wash.
Wash inside out.
Maximum wash temperature 40°C.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry on high heat.
Iron inside out only.
